Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Navigate to “Order History” and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
